TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Appointment dates and times are subject to availability and confirmation.

2. A responsible adult (18+) must be present at the property during the appointment unless otherwise agreed.

3. Safe and unrestricted access to the work area must be provided.

4. Any additional work identified during the visit will be discussed and agreed before it is carried out.

5. Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. There is no call-out fee. Work is charged at the applicable Docklands Plumbing Services rate, with any minimum charge an‹ ut-of-hours/weekend rate communicated before work starts where applicable.

7. All prices exclude VAT. Materials, parking, congestion charges and other additional costs will be communicated before work starts where applicable.

8. Any estimate provided before inspection is indicative and may change following an on-site assessment

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Appointments cancelled with at least 24 hours' notice will not incur a cancellation fee.

• Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation charge.

• Failure to attend without prior notice (no-show) may result in the applicable attendance charge being charged.

• If the plumber is unable to access the property at the agreed appointment time, an attendance charge may apply.

• We reserve the right to reschedule due to emergencies, severe weather, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
